AKS2000 Automatic Saw

The AKS2000 sawing system is used to cut insulation profiles for passive house windows to size. The profile parameters can be stored in the control system. The polystyrene panels are positioned automatically.

The system is controlled by a Festo FED-500. Communication with the CMMS-ST motor controller takes place via CAN bus.
